At Hungamastart, we strive to process all orders efficiently. The standard order processing times are outlined below:

  • Processing Time: Once you have placed your order, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). This includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparing the order for dispatch.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

At Hungamastart, we offer several shipping options to meet the needs of our diverse customers. The delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your package. Here’s an overview:

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: For most metropolitan areas, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • For non-metropolitan or remote areas, delivery may take 7-10 business days.
  • Standard shipping is free for orders over ₹1099.

2.2 Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Express shipping ensures faster delivery within 2-4 business days for metropolitan cities. Non-metro regions may take 3-6 business days.
  • This service is subject to additional charges depending on the delivery location and package size.
  • Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and product weight.

2.3 Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery

  • Delivery Time: For select products and in select cities, we offer Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery. This service is available for orders placed before 12 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the following day.
  • Availability of this service is limited to certain pin codes and can be checked at the time of checkout.
  • An additional fee will apply for Same-Day or Next-Day delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Domestic Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1099 within India.
  • Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹1099 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹199, which will be added to your order total during the checkout process.

3.2 Express Shipping Charges

  • Express shipping charges vary based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the delivery location. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.

3.3 Same/Next-Day Delivery Charges

  • For Same-Day or Next-Day delivery, an additional fee will be applied. The fee is based on the delivery area and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3.4 International Shipping (if applicable)

  • International shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and the selected shipping method. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply to international orders and will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Time and Delays

We understand the importance of timely delivery and work with reliable courier partners to ensure prompt and safe delivery. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions: Bad weather can delay delivery times.
  • Public holidays: Local or national holidays may affect courier schedules.
  • Pandemic or lockdown restrictions: In case of unforeseen events like a pandemic or natural disaster, delivery times may be extended.
  • Remote locations: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than usual.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts to your shipping address:

  • If you are unavailable during the delivery attempt, the courier may leave a notice, and you may be able to reschedule delivery.
  • After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

At Hungamastart, we take the utmost care in packaging your order securely. However, in the unlikely event that your package is damaged, lost, or missing:

7.1 Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately inform us.
  • If you have accepted the delivery and notice damage to the contents, please take photographs of the package and the damaged items and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as the claim is verified.

7.2 Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner to locate the package. In case the package is confirmed as lost, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Change of Shipping Address

  • You may request a change in your shipping address before the order has been shipped. To do this, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  • Once the order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes, but our team will assist in coordinating with the courier partner wherever possible.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently deliver across India, but some remote areas may not be serviceable due to logistical challenges.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

10. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Shipping)

For customers ordering from outside India (if applicable):
