1.1 How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Hungamastart is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Browse our products and select the items you’d like to purchase.
  2. Click “Add to Cart” to include them in your shopping cart.
  3. When you’re ready, click on the cart icon and select “Checkout.”
  4. Fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.

1.2 Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order, manage your preferences, and enjoy faster checkouts for future purchases.

1.3 Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, you can cancel or modify it by contacting our customer service team at [[email protected]] or by calling +91 81439 27931. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return after receiving the product.

1.4 How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website’s Order Tracking page or the courier partner’s website.

1.5 What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will help investigate the issue and ensure your order is delivered.


2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 What are the available shipping options?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days for most metro cities.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 2-4 business days for faster shipping (extra charges apply).
  • Same/Next-Day Delivery: Available for select cities and orders placed before 12 PM.

2.2 How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping is free for orders above ₹1099. Orders below ₹1099 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹199.
  • Express Shipping and Same/Next-Day Delivery come with additional charges, calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

2.3 Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.

2.4 What happens if I am not available when the order is delivered?

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package twice. If you miss both attempts, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-shipping.

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been dispatched, you can request a change of address by contacting customer support. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.


3. Payments

3.1 What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of payment methods, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, etc.)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, FreeCharge, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations
  • EMI and Buy Now, Pay Later options

3.2 Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for select locations across India. You can choose this option during checkout if it is applicable to your area.

3.3 Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your payment details are safe and secure. Your data is processed through secure payment gateways, and we do not store your payment information.

3.4 How do I apply a discount or promo code?

During checkout, you’ll see a field labeled “Apply Promo Code.” Enter your code there, and the discount will be applied to your total.

3.5 What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, try the following steps:

  • Ensure that your card or payment method details are entered correctly.
  • Contact your bank to check if there are any issues with your account.
  • Try using a different payment method. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support for assistance.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-15 day return window depending on the product category. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Certain items like perishable goods, personal care products, and custom-made items are non-returnable.

4.2 How do I return a product?

To return a product:

  1. Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
  2. Click on the “Return” option and fill out the return form.
  3. Once your return is approved, follow the instructions to return the product either by drop-off or courier pickup (depending on your location).

4.3 Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are possible for products of different sizes or colors, subject to availability. You can request an exchange when initiating the return process.

4.4 When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

4.5 What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


5. Products & Stock

5.1 How do I know if a product is in stock?

All product pages display current stock levels. If a product is out of stock, you will see an “Out of Stock” label. You can also sign up to receive notifications when the product is back in stock.

5.2 How do I know which size to choose?

We provide detailed size guides on all relevant product pages. Refer to these guides to select the size that best fits you.

5.3 Can I pre-order products?

For select items, we offer pre-order options. These products will have a “Pre-order” label on their product page along with an estimated shipping date.
