1. Order Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

1.1. Before Order Dispatch

  • Cancellation by Customer:

    • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.
    • Note: If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
  • Cancellation by Hungamastart:
    • In certain circumstances, we may have to cancel your order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or issues related to payment processing.
    • If your order is canceled from our end, we will notify you via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued.

1.2. After Order Dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, you cannot cancel it directly. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product. Please refer to our Return Policy below for details.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within the return window specified below. Our return process is simple and flexible:

2.1. Conditions for Return

  • You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
    • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement or full refund.
    • Incorrect Products: If you receive a wrong product, size, or color, you can request a replacement or a refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Personal care products (cosmetics,skincare, Perfumes,) if the packaging is opened
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Custom-made or personalized products
    • Gift cards
    • Software or digital products once downloaded

2.3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Your Account: Visit our website and log into your account to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to return and select the “Return” option.
  2. Fill in the Return Form: Provide the necessary details, including the reason for return, and submit your return request.

  4. Pickup or Drop-off: Depending on your location, we will either arrange a pickup of the product from your address, or you may be asked to ship the product back to us using a prepaid shipping label.

2.4. Exchanges

  • Size or Color Exchanges: If you need a different size or color of the same product, you can request an exchange during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Product Exchanges: You can also exchange a product for a different item, provided the exchanged product is of equal or lesser value. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

  • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refunds will be credited back to your bank account or card used for the original payment.
  • UPI Payments: Refunds will be credited to the UPI-linked bank account.
  • Wallet Payments: If you paid via mobile wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.), the refund will be credited back to your wallet.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or credited as store credit, depending on your preference.

3.3. Refund for Gift Cards

If you made a purchase using a gift card, the refund amount will be credited back as store credit or issued as a new gift card.

3.4. Partial Refunds
